A facilitator with extensive experience in education and leadership development, Pamela engages clients in thoughtful conversation and self-reflection in an active learning environment. Pamela works with a wide variety of clients and utilizes an evidence-based approach to her work. She currently oversees staff development for all EDGE facilitators.
In addition to facilitation on the Challenge Course, she designs and conducts large workshops on a variety of topics, including Unconscious Bias, Growth Mindset for Leaders, Change and Transition, Multicultural Teams and Intercultural Competency, and Systems Thinking. For educators specifically, Pamela has conducted workshops on Leadership Development, Effective Communication, and Collaborative Teams.
