Mason’s Center for Outdoor Experiential Learning offers a new program specifically for the highly competitive sports team. The “WinningEDGE” program is uniquely designed to help your team unlock its fullest potential by developing and fostering a championship mentality that can be translated to and positively affect overall team performance.
Our highly trained facilitation staff utilize cutting edge team and organizational learning theory to lead your team through a day of problem solving initiatives designed to replicate challenges they may face in their athletic endeavors.
The “WinningEDGE” program caters to the needs of your team with an established base of core values that are essential to team success, including

The EDGE follows the philosophy of ‘Challenge by Choice’ in all of our outdoor programs. Winning EDGE programs are priced $55 per participant.
